“Reprieve”
A short film in the stages of pre-production. The film references South Korean culture (artchitecture specifically) and features Sunghoon, a high end entertainer in “The Fox Burrow.” The Fox Burrow is a high-end entertainment house located in a series of underground crystal caves.
“Prince Lindworm”:
A feature length film starring Sterling Durand, a fae-halfling who is ordered by the King of Prisiti to slay the “Prince Lindworm” a draconic beast that has been terrorizing the King and his court.
“Plasticus canistraria”:
A short, animated film made in collaboration with Chicago-based artist, Cody Norman.
The film explores a metaphorical interpretation of the sculpture “Plasticus canistraria” and it’s creation. The film also serves as a more metaphorical interpration of Cody Norman’s artistic process.
Miscellaneous:
Darcy (Left) & Oliver (Right):
A pair of twin, fortune-telling seers from the audio series “How the Cards Fall.”
Darcy is introverted and reads the stars for prophecy, while Oliver is cheerful, extroverted, and reads tarot cards.
Nautilus (Blue) & Drosera (Gold):
Two characters created for a now abadoned project.
Aphrodite Exploration:
A character exploration of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty. The goal was to create a character that is both beautiful and terrifying.
Multiple versions were created based on different representations of Aphrodite throughout history (e.g. the Venus of Wilendorf, Venus de Milo, etc.).
